- Our client is a bespoke IT-AV -Security System Integration company with the Technology offerings on Telecommunication Systems, Wifi Networking, Data ,Surveillance, AV Solutions, IPTV & Structured Cabling Services with great focus on Hospitality customers who are always on the thrust to provide the best Quality Services for their valuable Guests.

The Job

Your responsibilities will include :

- Undertake all activity which is required for closing the Sales.

- Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders and help move the Leads/Deals through the Sales stages according to the company's Sales strategy.

- Become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.

- Co-ordinate with the internal team members & external entities regarding pending documentation, tenders, proposals, quotes, pricing etc. to ensure that the Leads/Deals move most efficiently

- Systematically maintain the various data (proposals, quotes, tenders etc.)

- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

- Credit Management - ensure payments are collected on time by coordinating with accounts and customers

- Ensure AMCs are signed in a time-bound manner

- Reporting and MIS

- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

- Ensure adherence to laws and policies

- Maintain CRM

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.

- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

- Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst/Project Manager, Customer Service or Sales (B2C) role.

- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.

- Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.

- You have proven experience in Field Sales with feet on street kind of a person.

- You have minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.

- Experience in IT/AV/Security/System Integration industry is mandatory.

- You have good computer skills (MS Office).

- You have proficiency in English & Hindi, knowledge of other Indian local languages will be considered a plus, to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.

- You are well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

- You are time-oriented.

- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- You are a team player with high level of dedication.

- You have ability to work well in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
