About Us :

- We are a dynamic and rapidly growing software service company located in Nasik, with a focus on empowering SME manufacturers in the Indian market. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

- As the B2B SAS Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales efforts, focusing on generating revenue and managing a team of sales professionals. Your primary responsibilities include:

- Lead Generation : Utilize your expertise in lead generation to identify and qualify potential clients. Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase our market presence.

- Inside Sales : Apply your inside sales experience to convert leads into paying customers. Work closely with the inside sales team to optimize their performance and maximize sales opportunities.

- Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, each with at least 1 year of team lead experience. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the team's success in meeting sales targets.

- Field Sales Strategies : Leverage your extensive knowledge of field sales strategies to explore new markets, establish strong relationships with clients, and create opportunities for revenue growth.

- Language Proficiency : Fluent in Marathi, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Good to Have :

- Understanding of the SME Manufacturer Indian Market : While not mandatory, familiarity with the Indian SME manufacturer market would be a valuable asset.

Strictly Avoid :

- Candidates from Ed Tech Companies : We are specifically seeking candidates from other industries to diversify our team and sales approach.

Required Skills :

- B2B SAS Sales: 8-13 years of relevant experience in B2B SAS sales.

- Lead Generation : Proven ability to generate and nurture leads into sales opportunities.

- Inside Sales : Experience in inside sales and the ability to close deals effectively.

- Team Handling : Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 1 year of team lead experience.

- Revenue Generation : Track record of successfully driving revenue growth.
