Manager - Sales - IT (8-12 yrs)

- This role is responsible for selling IT Service offerings (IT Infrastructure Managed Services, Network and Security Solutions & Services, Software Services, Cyber Security Solutions and Service, End-User Services, Information Management, IT Service Management etc.) directly to customers

Scope :

To build, maintain and execute account strategy ensuring the achievements of sales targets, maintenance of customer relationships internal and external, in collaboration with other Global Sales Teams.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

- Employees in this role will present the value of IT solutions to all levels of customer management and drive services product line sales; and for the customer's satisfaction with the engagement and offerings. They must be effective in teaming with other IT sales and technical sales resources to provide complete solutions to customer business requirements. Drive Deals from Opportunity, Identification, Validation, Qualification to Closing the Deal.

- Penetrate and secure new & Existing, strategic accounts to achieve revenue & profit targets

- Responsible to understand and build solid relationships with the assigned accounts and develop more

- Ability to analyse technical solutions and understanding client's needs and requirements

- Capable of identifying opportunities, direct activity, reach/maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor

- Coordinate and manage all dealings with the accounts, including customer relationships, sales and post-sales activities

- Candidate should have developed new accounts and managed existing accounts

- Engage with the customer, identify triggers, Identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customer

- Work with the consultants to understand the potential solutions, formulate a winning strategy.

- High degree of commitment and goal orientations is a must

- Should have a great attitude towards work and must be willing to adjust with the demands of a high-pressure job

- A good conceptual knowledge on IT Infrastructure (Server/Storage/Network/Middleware etc. & IT Service Management)

- Meeting with customers.

- Closure with customers.

- Maintaining healthy relationship with OEMs/Partner.

- Revenue generation.
