Job Overview :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving IT sales growth. This is a customer-facing role that involves engaging with clients to understand their business needs, recommending appropriate IT solutions, and leading the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure achievement of company sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of markets.

- Responsible for Revenue generation

- Competitively engage with all the business touch points including engaging with powerful strategic departments, agencies and large business aggregators

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the company's CRM system

- Apply both strategic go-to-market models and more tactical approaches aimed at growing profitable engagements and revenue base.

- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base

- Interact with all functional heads of the client company to understand their business processes/complexities for mapping appropriate IT solutions.

- Responsible for end-to-end sales in domain

- Mentoring, designing sales training and incentive programs.


- Manage the sales teams for effective market penetration and revenue generation.

- Co-ordinate, lead, motivate and mobilize the company's Sales, Pre Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams

- Developing client relationships to explore further areas & possibilities of engagement

Skills and qualifications :

- 5 years of prior experience in IT Sales or technical sales roles, preferably in software or IT services industry.

- Exceptional communication skills to provide leadership to a team and support customers

- Ability to lead a customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the sale

- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales-related technologies

- Comprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the team

- Interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and people within the organization

- Extensive mentoring and leadership qualities to train and develop sales team members

- Ability to lead by example and act with integrity
