Manager - Sales - IT (7-13 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Resolve customer concerns and requests efficiently
- Research target accounts & create a strategy to break new business
- Build new client relationships through calls, networking, email campaigns, and word-of-mouth
- Collaborate with management through leadership meetings to communicate a fresh viewpoint on new business initiatives, opportunities, and ideas
- Monitor client satisfaction and update strategies when necessary
- Generating new ticket package sales through phone prospecting, outside appointments, and building tours
- Create business proposals for clients and management
- Negotiate new business contracts with clients
- Offer product and service consultations for clients
- Encourage sales among current and new clients
The Ideal candidate must have -
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Should have experience working on IT Services Sales
- Experience working with BFSI clients would be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of relevant software and systems, such as current Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to resolve issues independently
- General business knowledge
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to adhere to budgets and meet sales target
