Management Skills

1. Business level communication skills (Oral and Written)

3. Should have sales accumen and should be able to articulate technology landscape.

4. Must have done/sold IT to Manufacturing, FMCG, Telecom, Media, Hospitality, Auto but not limited to BFSI.

1. Should be aware of latest Software development technologies viz. Applications, Digitalization landscape, AI, RPA, mobile & custom development platforms, Data Analytics, etc.

2. Candidate should have excellent sales experience of minimum 5+ years in Software products,Software Services, AI, PRA products,Off shore, onshore, off site software staffing

3. Candidate should have experience of managing entire Sales cycle himself

4. Tech savvy, professional networking, market research for sales, able to carry technical conversations, solution/consultative sales mindset

Roles/ Responsibilities :

1. Publish go-to-market strategy, set up product positioning for target Customers and End users to own and achieve Business Revenue goals.

2. Setup adequate Sales Organization for mainly India and international in later stage.

3. Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales.

4. Coordinate with sales team to develop selling tools for presentations, demos and trade shows

5. Prepare and Present proposals, Solution Documents, quotations, Construct sales pitches, etc. for prospective clients and lead the entire Sales cycle.

6. Assist sales through calls, web based presentations or personal meetings to maintain product positioning and strategies

7. Handle in-depth knowledge of products, sevices and technologies, competitors and market conditions.

8. Be a single point of contact for addressing queries from existing and prospective clients. Manage key customer relationships post sales and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

10. Coordinate with delivery/Tech team and ensure successful Project execution and customer satisfaction.

11. Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs

12. Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions on weekly basis.
