Role Description :

- Innovatily is looking out for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team in promoting and selling our IT software services to clients in the target markets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will be working closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

You Will Be Doing :


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Work to build an adequate Global sales pipeline and ensure sales targets are met on a quarter-on-quarter basis.

- Build a go-getter sales team to achieve overall sales targets for the company.

- Establish productive relationships with clients.

- Negotiate and close agreements with clients.

- Monitor and analyze performance of the team and suggest improvements.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

- Research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Should provide effective solutions to clients' requirements

- Should work closely with the marketing team to build brand consistency

We Are Looking For One Who :


- In Depth knowledge about IT sales and services.

- Passionate about adding New Logos into the sales funnel.

- Should have worked and have experience in a Senior Sales role.

- Experience of creating and managing channel sales.

- Experience in building and managing a high-performance sales team..

- Should have experience in setting up process,

- Should have extensive experience in B2B sales.

- Should be able to analyse sales performance metrics.

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

Qualification :

- MBA/PGDM Any Stream
