Manager - Sales - IT (4-10 yrs)
The skills/experience as below :
1.Strong hunter who would manage to get his/her own lead and chase them to closure
2.4-5 years dedicated Sales experience of Conversational AI/ Customer service SaaS products / CRM software/ Customer experience PaaS/ generic PaaS/Cloud Contact center solutions/ contact center telephony solutions / data analytics
3.Understanding of APIs, integrations, and software architecture
4.Experience of working on RFPs, carving out scope of work from prospects, building excellent proposals
5.Excellent soft skills, exceptional communication, and presentation skills
6.Preferably a Tech graduate, good to have MBA but not mandatory
7.Data mining and lead prospecting/lead generation as few key skills
Experience : 4 years to 10 years
Location : Bangalore
Education : Graduate or MBA
