Manager - Sales - IT (11-13 yrs)

- Need to handle all three business verticals and carry individual targets for each business-Traded products, IT Facilities Management Services and Mobile Application Development.

- Engage with OEM and partners for market expansion both geographically and varied services.

- Responsible for the team delivery

- Ability to forge relationships with Customers, alliances and partners.

- Responsible for acquiring new business either by growing the existing accounts by width & depth of IT Services as well as by opening up new large accounts.

- Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.

- Champion the customers cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, and top-class support.

- Ability to think deeply and quantitatively about business problems, breaking down problems and presenting innovative solutions while evaluating the pros and cons of each option.

- Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to business problems, anticipating situations and needs and finding flexible answers to new situations; championing innovation to improve business performance. Direct sales (IT Solutions/Services).

- Expert in Selling IT Applications / Managed Services / Cloud Services Preferably with experience in IT Consulting/Outsourcing services.

- Widespread Industry experience in Business Development with deep connections with the target industries in the defined Territory.

- Candidates from Integrated IT Solution Backgrounds, handling large customers, with a Solution /Services selling mindset will fit the bill.

- Prepare overall marketing strategy together with senior business managers.

- Analyses market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

- Strong Communication skills (Both written & verbal) and aggressive selling skills.

- Responsible for collection

Requirements:

Primary Skills:

- 11-13 years of experience in IT/ITES industry and proven interest in broad set of IT infrastructure topics

- Any graduate

- Age not more than 40 years(Male)

- No gap in career

- Willingness for 6 days working

Office location: Taramani-Chennai

Shift: 9:30AM to 6PM

Secondary Skills:

- Hands-on mindset, showing fast results, result focused

- High level of quality-orientation

- Good knowledge in SLA maintenance and reporting

- Good administrative and documenting capabilities
