Manager - Sales - IT (10-15 yrs)

- We are currently seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales as an individual contributor. The successful candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent listening skills. They should have a positive and energetic phone and physical presence, be persuasive, and have the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and take qualified leads to closure

- The Ideal candidate should have a proven history of hunting sales and revenue generation and solid experience with the sales process and sales enablement tools. They should also possess well-established skills in acquiring, maintaining, analysing, and reporting data, as well as previous experience managing a team of at least 3-5 Business Development Executives.

Responsibilities :

- Identifying promising prospects through personal/social networking and leading a team of Business Development Executives.

- Prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into new customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue, essentially from the US market

- Converting qualified leads and progressing them steadily towards closure, including contract negotiation in reference to terms of sale.

- Engaging with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful conversion.

- Accessing and analysing industry data to identify prospects, trends, and ways to improve sales tactics and strategy.

- Provide guidance on prospecting and lead generation to BDE Team, as well as manage their growth plans, training and KRA.

- Provide guidance to Market research team for refining the qualifying criteria and doing analysis to improve the data quality.

- Provide full visibility of the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and new customers, as well as BDE performance evaluations.

- Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective for their target market.

Skills and Qualification :

- MBA from reputed institute (full time)

- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in consultative selling of software development services to customers in the USA and Europe.

- Proven track record of closing an annual target of anywhere between $300k-$500k in their professional experience.

- Well versed with small and big-ticket deals with a mindset of business revenue generation.

- Experience with preparing presentations, writing proposals, managing and closing sales leads, understand the agreement clauses from sales perspective and good at negotiations .

- Knowledgeable about the sales processes, sales enablement tools, prospecting tools, networking & social media tools, CRM tools, etc.

- High level of proficiency using Microsoft productivity tools- Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications :

- Educational Qualification : Graduate. MBA would be a plus

- Relevant experience of 2-5 years in Inside Sales.

- Experience in international markets is required; preferably in the USA.

- Hands-on experience with sales tools like company databases/prospecting tools, networking tools, CRM tools, etc.
