Key Responsibilities :
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT-related fields, including programming languages, databases, web applications, AI, CRM, ERP, accounting software, HR, payroll, etc.
- Sales Skills: Capable of making cold calls, creating and delivering effective sales pitches, drafting professional emails, and using CRM tools efficiently.
- Lead Management: Identify and qualify leads, schedule demos, and effectively communicate with prospects.
- Product Presentation & Demonstration: Understand and present product features, conduct detailed demos, handle objections, and position the product to meet client needs.
- Team Management (Business Manager level only): Ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.
Candidate Requirements :
- Education: Graduation is required.
- Attitude: Must have a positive, energetic, and aggressive approach to achieving targets.
- Appearance: Energetic, well-groomed, and with a professional appearance.
- Experience: We are open to all levels of experience; individual ability and eagerness to meet targets are more important than years of experience.
