Manager - Sales - Insurance Domain (4-10 yrs)
- Recruitment and management of Agents/POSPs.
- Sales Planning and target setting for the Agent/POSP Team.
- Formulating sales strategies for achieving targets.
- Training, motivating and developing of Agents/POSPs.
- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior when required.
- Any other work as may be assigned by Reporting Head/Company from time to time.
Desired Profile :
- Minimum 2 Yrs of experience in Motor Insurance Sales (Agency Channel)
- Should have good communication & presentation skills.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive.
- Should be graduate.
