Manager - Sales - Insurance Broking Firm (2-10 yrs)
Job Description: Small and Medium Enterprise- Broking
- Managing Insurance Brokers who work in corporates and focus on SMEs for GI sales through brokers.
Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing new corporate business through Broker Relations.
2. Increasing the market share and penetration by acquisition of Large Corporates.
3. Servicing existing clientele and up selling / cross selling other products fire, marine, liability etc.
4. Co-ordination with Underwriting team for quotations, policies, coverage terms.
5. Actively liaising with external / internal stakeholders towards structuring large and specialized product deals.
6. Maintaining a healthy combined and loss ratio.
7. Portfolio Management responsible for ensuring healthy product mix and managing overall profitability of the portfolio keeping in line overall organizational needs and future growth expectations.
