Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in the Motor Insurance Agency Channel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the designated locations of Ahmadabad, Vadodara, and Surat.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the Motor Insurance Agency Channel.

- Manage end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.

- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Motor Insurance Agency Channel.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
