Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-6 yrs)
Hiring Criteria :
- Minimum graduation is required(10th + 12th + 3 years degree/diploma)
- Age shouldn't be more than 39 years old
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience are required & 1+ years of experience from life insurance industry on a single company also would be ok to hire as an exception
- Priority wise, we are looking out candidates from Life insurance/BFSI/Pharma industry & from the hardcore sales
- Max we can offer up to 6.80 LPA hence request you to not to source who is already at 6.50 & 7 LPA currently to refrain last minute dropouts
- Career gap candidates wouldn't be entertained in Agency Partner Channel as you all know, we are still ok to hire someone who is not in the job for a week days with valid reason of leaving from his/her last stint.
