Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales of life insurance products with your team
- Planning and target setting for the agent sales team
- Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets
- Recruitment and management of agency channel team members
- Training, motivating, and development of team members
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 3.75 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethics
- Strong Decision-Making Abilities
