Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-13 yrs)
We are looking to result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales and guide the sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Ensure the Team meets proper training in respective geographical assignments.
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Team for the smooth execution of the sales process.
- Ensure the team and own targets are met- new members Onboarding, Target achievement, Business Premium.
Candidates Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Minimum 3 to 10 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Proven sales management experience.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
