Job Summary:
As an Agency Sales Manager for an insurance company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of insurance agents to hit sales and business targets.
- The firm will be able to grow its customers, increase market share, and promote business growth by developing and putting into action sales strategies and plans.
- Provide agents with training, coaching, and guidance to assist them improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Monitor and assess sales activity, performance indicators, and market trends in order to identify areas that require improvement and take the required corrective action.
- To please customers, handle issues, and identify new business opportunities, it is necessary to establish and maintain connections with key parties including clients, business partners, and internal teams.
- Keep up with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the competition and make informed business decisions.
Required :
- 2+ years in sales or Marketing
- Graduation in any stream or equivalent course
