Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-10 yrs)
Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure Licensing of the agents and building own team
- To drive productivity of the new and vintage agents
- To drive performance by implementing sales promotion for the PFA
- To coach and mentor PFAs in providing need-based solutions for customers
- To deliver new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
- To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained daily.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 8 years- field sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
