- Building a strong team.

- Train the team members effusively.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly target. -Make sure that team members meet their targets.
- Keep update of all the different insurance products.
- Margining direct contacts with clients if needed.
- Convince the customers to buy insurance.
- Developing and maximizing incomes to the company

- In depth knowledge of insurance products, procedures and claims.
