JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Recruitment and development of team
2. Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity of team
3. Guiding team on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
4. Doing analysis of the need of the customer and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
5. Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
6. Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets.
Candidate Profile :
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: Mini. 2+ Years in Sales and marketing (Field sales Preferred)
CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus
Skill: - Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Results Oriented
