Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are on the hunt for a focused sales manager to train and supervise our sales representatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hiring a team of agents and advisors
- Selling of Life Insurance
- Applying a new techniques to enhance sales
Channel Management- To develop and expand the existing channel network
- Market development, focus on developing relations and corporate tie-ups
- Administer and ensure compliance with all sales practices
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas of growth and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales support.

Requirement :
- Education: Graduation in any stream
- 2+ years' experience in any field sales
- Age limit : 23-39 years
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
