Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Roles And Responsibilities :
- Identify; Recruit Potential Insurance Advisor.
- Drive Business Targets Through Advisors.
- Coach Advisors for Higher Productivity, Prepare Strategy; Achieve Target.
- Continuously review performance and set new targets.
- Relationship Management.
- To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved.
- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's -requirements.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly advisor meetings.
Requirements Skills :
- Strong closing skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Great networking abilities.
Candidate Requirement:
- Age: 22 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
