Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are presently looking out for candidates with Field sales. As a Sales Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Train business associate and advisors.
- Maintain healthy relationship with all.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business Associate meetings.
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
- Keeping a healthy relationship with the current and new customers.
- Designing and planning various sales activities.
- Sell products and services by convincing the customer.
Requirements Skills:
- Strong closing skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Great networking abilities.
Candidate Requirement:
- Age: 22 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
