- To generate leads from the open market through different sources like friends, relatives, and references and hire them as an advisor
- To bring business to the company through your team of an advisor
- To Sell Life Insurance through your team of an advisor
- Achieve sales target by pushing your team to perform their best
- Maintain client relationships
- Follow company policy
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales & marketing field-work
- Graduation required
