Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Working on assigned leads of potential customers which are given by channel partners
- Build and maintain a relationship with customers and channel partners
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to your bancassurance customers
- Generate leads of potential customers from your channel partners
- Close the leads by selling insurance policies to the customers as per their financial requirements
- Securing business through using channel sales strategy.
Candidate Requirement :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
2. Min 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
3. Excellent negotiation skills
4. Strong decision-making abilities
