Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
- Hire advisors from the open and generate business through them
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customer
- Develop New Strategies to achieve sales goals
- Conducting Quick Need Analysis
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Communicating best deal to prospective clients.
- Sell Insurance Products through Advisors with direct support
- Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- The candidate must be local of the same city
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
