Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools
Develop and improve upon existing marketing techniques
Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
Ensure product knowledge by MNYL ways of training Field demonstration
Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
Candidate profile :
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: Mini. 2 to 5 Year experience required Sales and Marketing
Age; 25 to 45
CTC: Up to 4.20 LPA + Incentive + other benefits
Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
