Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our team of insurance agents and drive sales growth for our insurance products. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of sales agents, monitoring sales performance, setting sales goals, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth

- Set sales targets and monitor performance against those targets

- Conduct regular performance reviews with individual team members

- Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge

- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales agents

- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies as needed

- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Any Field of sales And 1 year in Insurance Sales

- Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
