Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a top-tier team of insurance agents.
- Implement strategic sales plans to exceed business objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor and manage individual and team performance.
- Build strong relationships with agents, customers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
