Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of insurance agents.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agent skills.
- Monitor and manage individual and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Generate and analyze sales reports for performance tracking.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
