Job Description :
- Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agents & agent pipe line.
- Recruit partners and advisors for increasing sales
- Achievement of overall sales targets.
- Ensure participation of advisors in training and other developmental intervention
- train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
- Offering clients financial assistance and advice
- Connecting with other professionals and going to industry events
Candidate profile :
- Edu: Graduation Compulsory
- Age: 22 to 38
- Exp: 2 to 4 Years in field Sales and Marketing
- Pay Roll: On Roll
- Must Have Two Wheler
