Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
To join us as a Sales Development Representative, our sales department is searching for an enthusiastic and diligent candidate.
Responsibilities :
- Determining the wants and needs of potential customers.
- Using foolproof sales tactics to draw in prospective customers.
- Submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager.
- Find business partners and advisors.
- Determine which leads from various marketing strategies will make good sales prospects.
- Create the necessary team of sales consultants through mentoring, instruction, team management, and support, among other methods.
- To assemble and direct a group of sales consultants.
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : Min.2 Years of sales and marketing/ BFSI
