Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Our company is looking for a customer-oriented candidate to join us as a Sales Manager on an urgent basis.
Responsibilities :
- Understanding the customers' needs and requirements.
- Preparing and presenting monthly sales reports.
- Describing the product benefits to the customers.
- Personal and professional networks. Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it.
- Employ, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales agents
- Identify & Recruit potential Insurance Advisors
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Candidates with an Associate degree in any field will also be preferred.
- 2+ years of working experience in a Field Sales role in the Sales department.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales principles.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Age between 21 to 38
