Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 P.A.

Key Responsibilities:

- To identify potential insurance advisers and recruit them in accordance with the management's business plan.

- To aim, to have a team of highly productive advisers.

- To set targets for advisers.

- To meet expected sales target consistently.

- To facilitate training, monitor on the development, and give the feedback on the performance of the advisers.

- To review performance of the advisers regularly.

- To maintain daily activity and recruitment tracker.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA in Marketing / Graduate - Any Stream.

- Good academic record.

- At least 2-5 years of Sales Experience in Finance companies / Banks/Consumer Durables/Telecom Sector/ Top Advisors/Members of MDRT.

- Minimum 12 months Tenure in the present company

- Minimum 18 months of Average Tenure

- Insurance Specific Experience not more than 01 insurance industry

- Fairly good command over English as well as local language.

- Ability to motivate people and lead a team

- Good networking skills to generate leads and recruit influential advisors

- The candidate should be local or should have worked in the specific location for a minimum of 2 years.

- Age min. 25 yrs
