Job Description :
- Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agency and work with Trainers to improve the same.
- Maintain Daily Reports.
- To find new leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience : Minimum 2 Years in Field Sales and Marketing
- CTC : Up to 3.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits

- Age : 21 to 38 years
