Reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to fine-tune strategies whilst identifying prospective clients, generating business from new agent and developing them to achieve consistent profitability and enhance revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Understanding / Knowledge of life insurance Products.
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling life insurance policies.
- Daily activity to generate leads & leads management.
- Primary Responsibility is to recruit life insurance agents.

-Age: - 21 to 38 YEARS
- Graduation Must
- Communication skills

- Must have 1+ years of experience in any Sales / Insurance Sector
