Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities :-
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth through the agency channel
- Recruit, train, and motivate agents to achieve sales targets
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive business results
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Any field
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
- Proven track record of success in business development in the insurance industry
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
