Job Description :
- We are looking for Sales manager for insurance sector ,who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance policies and coverage options to effectively educate clients on available products.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals, to expand your client base.
- Create sales strategies, action plans and budgets
- Guiding the company's sales efforts and resolving complex insurance issues
- Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Must be local candidate
- Have bike and DL
- Leadership and communication skills
- 2+ years proven experience in sales representative role

Salary : 300,000.00 - 390,000.00 per year
