Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- An insurance sales manager is in charge of directing a group of insurance agents to meet revenue and sales targets. To boost client acquisition and retention, they create and put into action initiatives. Additionally, they aid the sales team in developing their abilities and knowledge by offering training and direction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against those targets
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer

- Qualification : Graduate/MBA
- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
