Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Marketing and selling goods to current and new customers
- Conducting cost-benefit and requirements analyses for customers
- Building and preserving a good working rapport with clients
- Tracking the sales activities of rivals
- Supporting corporate marketing initiatives and growing the business into new markets
- Making cold calls to possible customers
- Organising sales initiatives in conjunction with other departments
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 4 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits
