Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with your current partners as you add new ones.
- To cross- and upsell the company's products, acknowledge the needs of the customer as well as the business.
- Collaborate with supervisors, support personnel, and other staff members to meet and surpass partner and customer expectations.
- Serve as the engineering team's point of contact when speaking with partners and clients.
- You can maintain a high partner satisfaction rate by regularly evaluating, elucidating, and validating partner needs and performances.
- In order to prevent any possible conflicts, coordinate with other sales channels.
- Work together with associate sales staff to optimize sales.
- Forecast, take advantage of, and manage funnels for sales.
- Launch and oversee advertising and sales initiatives.
