Responsibilities:
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of channel partners (FC and Advisors)
- Meeting the prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
- Achieving sales targets as per channel strategy
- Providing pre and post sales support
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency
- Overall, the Frontline Sales (FLS) need to ensure to Engage Channel Partners, Strive for Customer Satisfaction and Overall
- Achieve Sales Target
Candidate Profile :
Age :- Min 21 Years to max 38 years
Qualification :- Graduate/MBA
Experience : 1 to 4 years in any field of sales
- Willingness to upgrade sales tactics
- Excellent communication skills .
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
