Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Assemble and oversee an advisory team
- Provide product and technique training to the team.
- Control agents' and team leaders' performance and productivity
- Complete sales based on leads that team members have created.
- Create MIS reports and oversee the procurement and use of databases
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
