Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Gives the sales team leadership.
- Inspires and motivates the sales staff to meet targets.
- Examines and evaluates operational and sales records and reports; projects sales, establishes Goals and profitability, and locates possible new markets using data.
- Determines and evaluates consumer preferences to effectively guide sales initiatives.
- Establishes sales teams' quotas and assigns regions.
- Discovers and recommends tools, supplies, or services that will satisfy the demands of prospective - Clients after consulting with them to learn about their requirements.
- Addresses concerns with staffing, complaints from customers, and other matters that could impede effective sales operations.
- Works together with corporate leadership to create strategy and sales targets.
- Creates a sales budget and oversees and authorizes spending.
- Represents the company at meetings of trade associations.
- Carries out additional tasks as given.
