Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As an Sales Manager, your role is to lead and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets, maintain compliance, and foster customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and lead sales agents.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass goals.
- Manage client relationships and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on insurance trends and regulations.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs.
- Provide training and development for the team.
- Continuously assess and enhance the sales team's skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Exp. Min.1-2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
