Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for an Insurance Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts
- Work closely with brokers to manage pricing and coverage
- Make sales and account presentations to large and small businesses
- Conduct industry research and trends analysis
- Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans
- Gain an understanding of clients insurance-related needs
Qualification :
- Any graduate
- Age : 22 to 38 years
- Must be local candidate
- Minimum 2 years experience In Sales and Marketing
