Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to join our dynamic Insurance Department.
Roles & Responsibility :
- The Sales Manager's team is in charge of assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their personal and professional networks.
- Keep an eye on the agency team's daily operations, planning, and execution.
- Locate and hire prospective insurance advisors
- Ensuring agent motivation and fostering a long-lasting relationship between the agents and the business.
- Keeping an eye on the sales team's performance and activity.
- fostering trusting relationships with the team and the clients.
- Adopt and follow the Need-Based Selling Model.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduate/MBA
- Experience : 2 to 4 years of Field Sales
- Age : Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
