Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As Sales Manager you have to lead the team, achieve the targets for the business growth and opportunity to earn attractive incentives.
Responsibility:
- Recruit a team of highly motivated financial advisors and consultants from open market.
- To develop, agree and implement short term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
- Manage sales goal achievement.
- Training and developing agents on a commission basis.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Mini. 2 to 4 Years of Exp in Sales & Marketing
- Must Have Team Handling Experience.
- Strong Communications Skills
