Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities and roles:
- Reach branch goals by driving monthly initiative launches.
- Locating and hiring prospective insurance consultants or advisors
- Educating and training advisors for increased output
- Creating and putting into practise sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Locating brokers and providing ongoing training in the marketing of insurance policies.
- Participating in networking events to draw and keep clients.
- Assisting with marketing and advertising campaigns.
Profile of the ideal candidate :
- Two-wheeler required; age between 21 and 38
- Graduate or MBA degree required
- 2 to 4 years of field sales experience
Staying in the same city for more than 5 years; good stability.
